What this release contains
Twelve dossiers, twelve evidence plates, and the P-GN/4 component register. Files 01–04 establish the hardware. Files 05–08 follow its funding and interpretation. Files 09–12 preserve the discrepancy and the source who refused to certify it.
How to examine a claim
Keep a physical chassis separate from a fleet identity. Keep an original observation separate from its delivery. Keep a sensor fault separate from a contractual absence. The evidence register lets you compare two records without discarding either set of fields.
What remains outside the release
The full client roster, every depot’s history, and the contents of each withheld interval. A missing field remains a missing field.
