Bread is not the battery.

A man drops half a sandwich. Six pigeons arrive. Everybody thinks the sandwich explains the pigeons. In COLUMBA, it explains why nobody objects to the pigeons. Bread is not the battery. Power belongs to the depot. BREAD is the work order: Broadcast Routing and Environmental Assignment Descriptor. Where to appear. What to observe. How long to remain. Which behavior makes the presence look ordinary. A feeding routine becomes a reliable observation point without the feeder knowing anything about the system. And the records distinguish four stages: assigned, arrived, observed, reconciled. The sales screen would prefer one successful check mark. That is the first place a work order can start pretending to be evidence.
